January 26, 2015

And we bet you could go for some excitement, some adventure, and some rip-roaring laughter. So, where to go? We’re recommending seven cities. Our criteria is simple: the cities have a thriving international comedy scene. Since attention spans are short (less than nine seconds) and the staff writer responsible for this post is fantastically lazy, we’re giving you the bare-boned basics - with the top clubs at our four favorites and three other close honorable mentions. The fancy descriptions come from the comedy clubs themselves- you’ve either got to trust their word or scout some reviews! (Disappointed readers, feel free to troll the comment box.) Without further pause, and in no particular order, here are the 7 Global Comedy Hubs You Should Check Out This Year: City: Johannesburg
